Been thinking about pilot skills. Maybe they could be more incremental?
E.g. +1 firing choose a range to gain the bonus at, Maneuver - choose a group of restricted instead of all of them.

How about adding the option to convert a Dummy Mission to Scramble if the enemy mission is over HQ or Airfield? Maybe at initial Prestige Point cost?

I think we should run with what we have for the first few missions then make changes if we get odd results. I'm still of the mind that we are testing the concept, rather than providing a polished product.
